Natural Reed Diffuser Workshop
Hannah, who has been creating essential oil scent blends for years, will guide you through the whole process step by step. We will dive into the science behind scent creation, exploring the fragrance pyramid with 18 pure natural essential oils to choose from. You will craft your own unique perfume blend using a high 25% oil concentration, choosing your preferred glass jar or vase, and transforming it into a custom diffuser that will fill your home with fragrance for up to 3 months.
Create your own mini dried flower reed bouquet
To finish up, you will build a custom reed bouquet to sit inside your diffuser jar using dried lavender, wheat stalks, and other natural stems. Head home for around 7.15 PM with a genuinely impressive, great-smelling creation and a clear head.
60 Minute Sound Bath
Once your diffuser is sorted, shift gears for a one-hour sound bath with James from Still by James.
Our 60-minute sound bath is a full-body reset. You'll settle in under canvas, the hush of the outdoors around you. Then the sound begins: crystal bowls that hum through your ribs, a gong that rolls over you like a tide, soft chimes, a heartbeat of a drum. No instructions, no effort, no "doing it right." You just listen, and your body does the rest.

You don't need any experience. You don't need to be good at meditating (most of us aren't). You only need to be willing to stop for an hour.
Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer and a little bit rinsed. Some fall asleep. Some cry happy tears. Everyone says they wish they'd done it sooner.
Please bring: your own mat or cushions, a blanket and a pillow so you can get properly comfy. Wear soft, warm layers too. It's a tipi in early spring with heaters inside, so think cosy layers. A water bottle is a good idea as well

The tipi at Elkstone Studios is a wonderful space with cute sparkling fairy lights - the perfect Summer or Autumn escape. Stay warm with electric heaters and enjoy hassle-free parking.
You can also take a stroll round the Studios, if it is a day time event, as there is a Padel Court, Florist, Knead Bakery, Jessies Butchers, and some fabulous shops! It also has a play park for kiddies.
