Refund policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@timetoburncandles.com. You will then be provided with an address to return the item to.
Return postage must be paid for by the customer unless it arrives damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item is damaged we may ask you to provide proof of damage in the form of a photo.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please do not be offended if we ask you to send a photo as proof of damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless it has been damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We advise that you return the item via Tracked delivery. If the item is damaged we will pay for the cost of the return. If the return is for another reason other than damage, you must pay the cost for the return postage. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been received back with us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
