DURING BIG SALES FREE SHIPPING OVER £60 WILL BE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED. WE WILL ALWAYS INDICATE WHEN THIS IS TAKING PLACE. THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO BIG SALES GOING ON.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SEND MY PARCEL?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent upon the estimated weight and ranges from £3.95-£5.95, unless you qualify for free shipping of course!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

You should receive your parcel within 5 working days (but often sooner!)

We always ship your package within 48 hours of ordering and it takes 2-4 business days to arrive. if there are any reasons for delay (for example Christmas season) we will be in touch as soon as possible with updates.

WHAT COURIER TO YOU USE?

All items are sent via tracked delivery either via Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked or EVRI tracked 2-3 business day delivery. The method of delivery is dependent upon size and weight of parcel, as well as contents. Unfortunately you are unable to request a specific courier. 

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Absolutely! Check your emails within 1-2 days of ordering and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it's on its way. You can then track online. Please check your junk box as sometimes it ends up there!

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

At present, we only ship within the UK.

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH ABOUT MY ORDER IF IT IS LATE OR IS MISSING?
