From the day you order, you should receive your parcel within 5 working days (but often sooner!)
We always ship your package within 48 hours of ordering; if there are any reasons for delay (for example Christmas season) we will be in touch as soon as possible with updates.
All items are sent via tracked delivery either via Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked or EVRI tracked 2-3 business day delivery. The method of delivery is dependent upon size and weight of parcel.
You will be able to track your delivery online - keep an eye on your email for updated tracking info.
At present, we only ship within the UK.

HOW IT WORKS
Add your free gift note ON THE PRODUCT PAGE before adding to cart and this will be handwritten before posting. Leave it blank and you can write on it yourself.
Then simply click the "add gift wrap" box. It will be applied to your product. To add to multiple products, repeat this process for each product before adding it to basket.
