Safety First: Never leave a lit burner or electrical warmer unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Placement: Always place your burner on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains, and flammable materials.

Burn Time: Do not burn tea-light burners for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating. Allow the burner to cool completely before re-lighting

Wax Removal: Only change the wax when the burner and wax have cooled and hardened. Briefly warm the base to loosen the wax melt then remove the wax block. Or put in the freezer for a few hours (freezing makes the wax constrict and so is easy to remove with a spoon!)

Never use sharp or metal objects, which could damage your burner.

Tea Lights: If using a tea-light burner, use a standard, unscented 4 hour tea light. Larger tea lights burn too hot.

Storage: Store your melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, which can cause them to lose scent and colour.

Disposal: Never pour used wax down the drain. Dispose of it safely in your household waste once cooled and hardened. Our melts are biodegradable as they only contain natural products.

General Wax Melt Safety

WARNING: FIRE/BURN HAZARD
Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not add water to the wax.
Use only in warmers specifically designed for wax melts.
Use on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
Essential Oils:
DO NOT INGEST. Oils can be toxic if swallowed. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
Avoid skin contact with undiluted oil. Wash hands after handling. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Some essential oils may be harmful to pets (especially cats and dogs). Use with caution or avoid in homes with pets.
Keep the wax melt in a well-ventilated area, and avoid prolonged use in poorly ventilated spaces.
Soy Wax
DO NOT INGEST
Keep molten wax away from skin as it can cause burns.
The wax itself is generally considered non-toxic and clean-burning (producing minimal soot).
Dried Flowers / Botanicals
FIRE RISK: While less of a risk than in wick candles, dried flowers are flammable.
Keep the wax melt in a well-ventilated area and monitor closely during use.
If the dried flowers begin to smoke or burn, immediately turn off the warmer and safely extinguish/remove the wax.
Keep botanicals submerged in the wax and away from the heating element if using an open-dish warmer with a tea light.

We always ship your package within 48 hours of ordering; if there are any reasons for delay (for example Christmas season) we will be in touch as soon as possible with updates.

All items are sent via tracked delivery either via Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked or EVRI tracked 2-3 business day delivery. The method of delivery is dependent upon size and weight of parcel.
