Can I gift this subscription?
Yes! Simply add your account details but ensure you add their delivery details. You can add a gift note at checkout too so they know it's from you. Note that this gift note will only arrive in the first subscription. You will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription.
How long will my subscription last?
This is a rolling monthly payment - if you decide you want to cancel your subscription, you can just cancel in your Appstle profile (you will have received emails with login details) in order to prevent further deliveries - your subscription will continue to run until you update your preferences.
Do I Pay Postage?
NO! Postage is included in the price each month! For every subscription. If you order anything else on top of your subscription box, note that you will be charged for postage for your additional products.
How and when you will be charged?
Subscription boxes are posted to you around the 17th of each month with the cut-off day for orders being the 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th of each month will be posted the following month.
If you place your order AFTER 15th of the month, your first box will be sent and charged the following month. EG if you place your order on 16th July your first payment will be on 15th August and your parcel will be sent on 17th August.
Discounts have already been included with the subscription so additional discount codes cannot be redeemed against it.
When will I get my candle each month?
All subscriptions are posted approx. 2 days after payment is processed each month. Eg payment processed 15th of month, subscription is posted 17th of the month. Usually delivered by 20th-23rd of the month at the latest, via tracked Royal Mail delivery.

What if there's a scent I don't like?
We hope that you'll enjoy all of the different scents we offer but if you find one that's not your style we hope you'll be able to gift it to friends or family, it's always handy to have a spare gift in the drawer!
