Can I gift this subscription?
Yes! Simply add your account details but ensure you add their delivery details. You can add a gift note at checkout too so they know it's from you. Note that this gift note will only arrive in the first subscription. You will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription.
What happens when you reach your minimum 3 months?
After your 3 month subscription has passed, if you decide you want to cancel your subscription, you can just cancel in your Appstle profile (you will have received emails with login details) in order to prevent further deliveries - your subscription will continue to run until you update your preferences.
Do I Pay Postage?
NO! Postage is included in the price each month! For every subscription. If you order anything else on top of your subscription box, note that you will be charged for postage for your additional products.
How and when you will be charged?
Your card will be charged for your first month as soon as you place your order, regardless of the date of purchase.
You will then be charged on the 1st day of the following month for your next monthly subscription.
EG you order on 20th Feb, and your Feb box will be charged on 20th Feb (and sent 28th Feb). Then your next box will be charged on 1st March and sent on 8th March.
Please be aware there is no cut off date - if you order on the last day of Feb, your Feb box will be sent and then you will receive a March box a few days later.
Discounts have already been included with the subscription so additional discount codes cannot be redeemed against it.
When will I get my candle each month?
All subscriptions are posted approx. 8 days after payment is processed each month. Eg payment processed 1st of month, subscription is posted 9th of the month. Usually delivered by 15th of the month at the latest, via tracked Royal Mail delivery.
Subscription boxes are only available for delivery within the UK
What if there's something I don't like?
We hope that you'll enjoy all of the different scented and unscented goodies we offer but if you find one that's not your style we hope you'll be able to gift it to friends or family, it's always handy to have a spare gift in the drawer!
